Before a Contractor was selected for this assignment, the Client’s Surveyor published a preliminary brief which was sent to several companies including ourselves for the design and build of a combined warehouse and office facility, with parking and vehicle access.
The next stage for us was to develop the brief, to include price and specifications and ultimately to tender for the contract. Upon satisfactory examination by the client, we were successful and were instructed to proceed.
The project was to include a steel portal with an insulated metal clad roof featuring aluminium curtain walling. Completion was in March 2003 and the client's brief had been effectively realised.
